Saber redigir corretamente e-mails e cartas comerciais em inglês é uma tarefa imprescindível na vida diária da secretária executiva. Este trabalho tem como objetivo oferecer exemplos de correspondência comercial em inglês que possam facilitar o trabalho da profissional da área. Algumas das opções serão discutidas para que o bom desempenho da escrita comercial seja concretizado de forma eficaz. Alguns elementos que dão suporte ao bom entendimento da recepção do texto como o estilo, a coerência, o emprego de expressões úteis assim como o planejamento estratégico dos parágrafos, foram destacados neste projeto.
