ÉTICA E SIGILO NA EMPRESA E OS PROFISSIONAIS DE SECRETARIADO

Este trabalho pretende demonstrar, fundamentado em aspectos teóricos e pesquisa de campo, a importância da preservação do sigilo no dia a dia, no contexto de uma “empresa ética”. Relata como essa prática, além de solidificar a imagem da organização, pode garantir a existência de alto nível de confiança e respeito entre seus participantes. Ressalta a grande importância do profissional de secretariado nessa missão. Além de se tratar de uma profissão regulamentada, que possui um código de ética com determinações explícitas sobre a importância do segredo profissional, tem no sigilo como um dos atributos exigidos para o exercício da função. Os secretários e as secretárias estão cientes e convictos da necessidade do sigilo não só no exercício de sua profissão, mas na sua vida privada, considerando que o interesse privado não deve prevalecer sobre o interesse público.
