Esquema conceitual no desenvolvimento de novos produtos sustentáveis

O presente estudo objetivou apresentar um esquema conceitual por meio de uma revisão sistemática das melhores práticas de desenvolvimento de novos produtos sustentáveis (DNPS) conjuntamente com o que já está consolidado na literatura sobre desenvolvimento de novos produtos (DNP), propondo a inclusão da dimensão sustentabilidade. Ficou evidenciado que o fortalecimento do vínculo entre orientação para sustentabilidade, desenvolvimento de novos produtos e competência em conhecimento de mercado, favorece o gerenciamento e ganhos na comercialização de novos produtos. Destarte, pode-se afirmar que a inclusão da dimensão sustentabilidade ao esquema conceitual de DNP proposto por Kahn, Barczak, Nicholas, Ledwith, Perks (2012) e Kahn, Barczak e Moss (2006) agregará valor e complementará tal modelo contribuindo assim para consolidação do DNPS no desenvolvimento de melhores práticas.
