O papel da emoção no sensemaking: relatos de experiências transformadoras em estudantes de empresas juniores da Universidade Federal de Sergipe

O objetivo deste artigo é fundamentar a importância da emoção no sensemaking. Essa fundamentação baseia-se teoricamente na noção de sensemaking e emoções e se utiliza de uma pesquisa empírica realizada com estudantes de empresas juniores da Universidade Federal de Sergipe. Coletamos os relatos desses estudantes por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas sobre suas experiências nas empresas juniores, o que permitiu que o papel da emoção no sensemaking fosse descrito e discutido. Os resultados apontam para a emoção como um elemento ativo das experiências dos estudantes e que atua como um gatilho na criação de novos sentidos. Além disso, os resultados contribuem para aperfeiçoar o eixo teórico das pesquisas sobre emoção e sensemaking e oferece uma reflexão sobre como as emoções são importantes para o processo de sensemaking.Downloads
